It shows HD Driver 2020.3, Eleven Effects Bundle 2018.8, First AIR Effects Bundle 2018.1, First Air Instruments Bundle 2018.10, and Expand II 2018.10 as installed. On the left-hand side there's a red circle with a 1 when I expand that it lists what I have.
I have no idea whether I had it with 12.8.3. I recently moved to 2020.3 (vanilla) from 12.8.3 (clean install) and honestly never noticed Avid Link in the notification area of Windows 10 till today.
